Situated between Dinorwic & Sioux Lookout off of Hwy 72 on a Sandy Beach Lake. The lodge is situated on a hill over looking the lake with two cabins; there is a roadway to the lower level where there are four more cabins, docks and service buildings. Approximately 9.5 acres. The lodge/residence is a two bedroom structure with office, dining room for 10 guests with a stone fireplace, attached porch and deck. Cabins include three on the hill made of log and in good condition with three piece baths. These sleep 8-10 guests. At the lower level there are three log cabins and one frame cabins all in good condition. These sleep 26 guests, two have screened porches. Outbuildings include two concrete block generator buildings, central shower house, fish cleaning building, water system building and a tool shed. Seven boat caches one leased bear management area and one non-resident Bull Moose Tag. C-500
